Hi, I’m Milana! I’m a first-time mom, an NLP coach, and a practitioner of Mental and Emotional Release® (MER®), passionate about guiding women to navigate pregnancy and early motherhood with calm, confidence, and joy. Through this blog, I’m combining my coaching expertise with my own personal journey to create a supportive space for moms-to-be.

At Mimi Mommy, my mission is to inspire, educate, and empower first-time moms like you to embrace the beauty of pregnancy and motherhood while maintaining balance and self-care. Through nurturing advice, relatable stories, and actionable tips, I aim to make your journey smoother and more fulfilling. Motherhood isn’t just a role—it’s a transformative experience, and I’m here to walk with you every step of the way.


FUN FACTS ABOUT ME

1. My favorite pregnancy craving: Anything citrusy—lemon and oranges are my go-to!  

2. I practice yoga (including Surya Namaskar) to maintain balance and calmness during pregnancy.  

3. I love knitting and recently started making baby clothes for my little one.  

4. I’m passionate about healthy eating and exploring Ayurveda to support my pregnancy journey.  

5. I’m originally from Belarus but now live in Portugal with my amazing husband and our French Bulldog, Gaia.
